As an active investor and as a broker, Steve has purchased, renovated, seismically upgraded, and sold numerous properties on his own account and for clients.  Steve's investments have included everything from single family residences, condos, and apartment buildings in San Francisco and Northern California. 

In 1995, after investing in San Francisco real estate for 10 years, Steve founded Peletz & Company Real Estate to help others make wise real estate decisions.  Steve helps clients define their objectives, layout strategic alternatives, evaluate the alternatives, and execute.

Prior to founding Peletz & Company, Steve Peletz was Vice President of C.M. Peletz Company general contractors. Steve was the Project Manager and Cost Estimator responsible for building the $35 million Spanish Bay Townhouse Project in Pebble Beach, California. Steve also built numerous medical office buildings, nursing homes, and renovation projects in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Steve has an M.B.A. and a B.S. degree from Berkeley's Haas School of Business with training and awards in marketing, management of technology, finance, and real estate.
