Steve's investments have included everything from single family residences, condos, and apartment buildings in San Francisco and Northern California.
Steve founded Parc Pacific Ventures, Inc. to provide a different kind of real estate service for clients. Steve Peletz and Parc Pacific Ventures, Inc. leverage nearly 30 years of experience to act as a strategic advisor to clients first and foremost. The firm is dedicated to helping clients make sound economic, financial and real estate decisions.
In 1995, after investing in San Francisco real estate for 10 years, Steve founded Peletz & Company Real Estate to help others make wise real estate decisions. Steve helps clients define their objectives, layout strategic alternatives, evaluate the alternatives, and execute. Steve sold Peletz & Company Real Estate to another San Francisco brokerage where he worked as a Top Producer for 3 years - and later founded Parc Pacific Ventures, Inc to spend more time helping clients directly.
Prior to founding Peletz & Company Real Estate, Steve was Vice President of C.M. Peletz Company general contractors. Steve was the Project Manager and cost estimator responsible for building the $35 million Spanish Bay Townhouse Project in Pebble Beach, California. Steve also built numerous medical office buildings, nursing homes, and renovation projects in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Steve has an M.B.A. and a B.S. degree from Berkeley's Haas School of Business with training and awards in marketing, management of technology, finance, and real estate.
Steve donates his time to fundraising for Berkeley's Haas School of Business and for Lick-Wilmerding High School in San Francisco, a private school with public purpose. Steve was a member of the Board at Berkeley-Haas for two years, was Chair of the Development Council at Haas for two years, and currently is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Berkeley Foundation. Along the way, Steve was awarded the Dean Raymond E. Miles Alumni Service award for his fundraising work on behalf of the Haas Business School , the Delbert J. Duncan Marketing Award for excellence in marketing as an MBA, and the White Award for excellence in the field of finance as an undergraduate at Haas.
