Steve assists clients in preparing their properties to get top dollar when listing for sale using his construction and development background. As an active investor and as a broker, Steve has purchased, renovated, seismically upgraded, and sold numerous properties on his own account and for clients. Steve's investments have included everything from single family residences to twelve unit apartment buildings in San Francisco.
Steve founded Peletz & Company in order to bring his sales, marketing, and real estate investment experience to serve clients in buying, selling, and managing real estate in San Francisco and beyond. Steve helps clients consider their objectives, layout alternatives, evaluate strategic alternatives, and execute after making informed decisions.
Prior to founding Peletz & Company, Steve Peletz was Vice President of C.M. Peletz Company general contractors. Steve was the Project Manager and Cost Estimator responsible for building the $35 million Spanish Bay Townhouse Project in Pebble Beach, California. Steve also built numerous medical office buildings, nursing homes, and renovation projects in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Steve has an M.B.A. and a B.S. degree from Berkeley's Haas School of Business with training and awards in marketing, management of technology, finance, and real estate.
